Creativity is a healing modality which helps immensely with depression, grief and anxiety. Working in an emotionally safe space with other people gives us the possibility to be relaxed and to enjoy time with ourselves.
This is done via Zoom online sessions during this time. Processing emotions and focusing on building resilience through positive social interactions, using verbal and non verbal tasks as well as breathwork and relaxing visualization.
