Creativity is a healing modality which helps immensely with depression, grief and anxiety. Working in an emotionally safe space with other people gives us the possibility to be relaxed, feel safe and connect.
We generally do some physical gentle stretching and movement, breathwork, utilising trauma informed care. Sharing emotions safely and some time is spent on creative expressions is also part of each session. This can be process drawing or painting or quite practical such as beading, knotting and felting.
